MADE TO ORDER (MTO) TUMBLERS

CURRENT TURN AROUND TIME (TAT): To ensure you are getting something you will love, we take extra care in making sure you get the best product possible and something you will love! The processing times can vary based on the design and accounts for any supplies that may need to be ordered. This page is updated frequently with the current processing times due to any supply delays or unforeseen circumstances to keep you informed.

EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS

   ~RTS {Ready to Sell} Tumblers: 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS 

   ~MTO {Made to Order} Tumblers - 6-8 WEEKS

             If you order, please keep an eye on your email after you order for any  questions about your design if ordering a MTO.

In the comments when ordering, please include the details: colors, glitter (yes or no), design, any decals you would like on it, and any other special notes for me to make your beauty come to life! 

 

IF ORDERING RTS AND MTO tumblers in the same order, the processing time goes off the longest processing time. 

     EX: If ordering a RTS and MTO tumbler in the same order, processing time is 6-8 weeks for the entire order. 

Please take this into account when ordering and if you are needing your RTS items ASAP, please order them in a separate order. This is the only way for me to keep track and keep everything as organized as possible. Thank you for your understanding!

REFUNDS OR RETURNS: All sales are FINAL. Once your order has been placed, there can be no cancelations or refunds. Refunds are not available if shipped within the posted time.  Every MTO (Made To Order) tumbler is custom made and therefore is unique to the customer. If there is an issue on MY end or if there are any issues or you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact me at annalisamaries2021@gmail.com.

 

DISCLAIMER

These tumblers are handmade with love and small imperfections such as bubbles, stray pieces of glitter, waves, or bumps may be present. They are normal and are not considered a defect. Every tumbler is handmade and no two tumblers will be exactly the same. 

  

TUMBLER CARE

To ensure your tumbler lasts and you get to enjoy it for as long as possible, there are care instructions included with your tumbler and is also listed below. 

     ~HANDWASH ONLY {Do not soak} This can lead to the epoxy seal to break and damage the artwork. 

     ~NOT Dishwasher or Microwave safe 

     ~DO NOT leave in a hot car or direct sunlight for long periods of time. Although we use quality epoxy, long exposure to UV rays can fade/damage the design and cause premature yellowing. 

Please handle with care, these tumblers are sealed with epoxy, and mishandling or dropping them can cause them to break.
